Please join us for a panel moderated by Gerald Neuman, ’80, Director of the Human Rights Program, on whether and how international human rights law has real-world effects on preventing and redressing human rights abuses. The panel includes HLS graduates with experience in government, business, international organizations, advocacy, and academia, and a political scientist who studies the question empirically: Harold Koh ’80, Viviana Krsticevic ’93, Makua Mutua S.J.D. ’87, Elliot Schrage ’86, and Kathryn Sikkink. After hearing insights from the panelists, the conversation will continue with the audience.
