Please join the Human Rights Program (HRP) for a talk by Victor Madrigal-Borloz, UN Independent Expert on the protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender. Mr. Madrigal-Borloz is also the Secretary-General of the International Council for the Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (IRCT). He was previously Head of the Registry of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, in addition to serving as a member of the UN Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture.
