The International Human Rights Clinic and HLS Advocates for Human Rights are pleased to invite you to a lunch talk featuring Dr. Sebastian Heselhaus, Professor of European Law, International Law, Public Law and Comparative Public Law at Lucerne University. Professor Heselhaus will explore the ways in which the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights has been affected by the wave of nationalism and anti-globalization political movements across Europe. Will the Court’s decades-long effort to establish a common human rights standard in Europe survive?

Lunch will be served.
